Soto is married and a father of two girls. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Soto and his family proudly reside in Los Alamitos, CA.

In 2021, Soto and his skilled team of mortgage professionals with a combined 50+ years of experience, closed over 290 units for $142 million in loan value. His performance has earned him the recognition as one of the top loan producers in the country from Scotsman Guide© (2017-22) and he’s also been ranked in the top 1% of national production by Mortgage Executive Magazine for two consecutive years (2018-22).

Soto has been tapped by both the Pacific West Association of REALTORS© and the Rancho Southeast Association of REALTORS© to teach continuing education classes for real estate professionals all across Southern California.
